Truth, Transparency and Justice
Eric left his great grandmother’s apt at approx 1045pm to meet a friend to exchange hoodies at the LRT station 2 blocks away. Eric was fatally stabbed at 11:44 pm, wearing a different hoodie than he left in.
CONTRARY TO POPULAR BELIEF:
There was never a robbery that took place, there was no swarming, there was no harassing.
The altercation stemmed from an argument between the adult couple and the youth. The youth told the couple to stop smoking drugs in the station because they couldn’t breathe.
It was cold and it was still seven minutes before the girls’ train was due…
The argument escalated when the man pursued the children and chased them across the LRT platform after they disengaged from the interaction
The man who killed Eric Omeasoo was NOT CHARGED.
Everything was recorded on CCTV by Edmonton Transit System. There is no audio to the video that the Crown and EPS used to make their decision, so they allowed Eric’s killer to watch and narrate the video Before releasing him without a single charge, or even a breach on his weapons ban…
Witness video footage has been submitted to the family and directly contradicts with EPS and the killers narrative.
Eric‘s family continues to be denied access to any & all information related to the night Eric was killed, including the CCTV footage.

How does this align with Self Defence?
Eric's clothing was returned to his family on February 20, 2025. Eric's family asked for the clothing back after they were notified on February 11, 2025 that no one will be charged for Eric's death.
They cited section 34 of the criminal code of Canada.
As we now know, these are the last words heard by Eric Omeasoo as he ran for his life from Michael Polacsek-Lucier, aka "Dallas" on the streets.
This audio is extracted from witness cell phone video footage that was given to Eric's family in June 2025. The video footage captures Eric, alone, being cornered by two men, then stabbed and chased.
Another witness testimony details how Eric was then pushed to the tracks by "Dallas" and followed down.
This same witness later located Eric "tucked" under the platform edge on the opposite end of the train track.
They are also acknowledged in Edmonton Police Service (EPS) media releases.

Edmonton Police State they were alerted to Eric Omeasoo’s body “beside the tracks” by a bystander just before midnight on February 5 2025.
How come they are only setting up a crime scene at almost 9 am February 6, 2025? Why was Eric’s death concealed from even the Office of Chief Medical Examiner (aka Coroner) … (they weren’t notified until 10 am February.6/25) why is Eric far away from where he was found by the bystander? Why are the police contaminating the whole scene before notifying the medical examiner of the death of a child?
What took 10 HOURS to notify the OCME of Eric’s death ???? WHY did it take 10 HOURS…
What was said between the arriving officer and the killer that ignited an instantaneous break in chain of custody and multiple various breaches of legislation and law breaking behaviours by those that are there to enforce the law … ?
