Eric's family has not stopped seeking  truth, transparency and Justice For Eric. They have walked this journey with open mind's , open hearts and integrity. 

 We will never stop believing in our boy.

On November 18, 2025 the truth about Eric and the facts that surround his murder, that were uncovered by his family, was heard in Court of King's Bench. 

This brief is only a snapshot of the evidence that was collected and heard on 

November 18, 2025.

A brave witness came forward to Eric's family with video footage they had captured the night Eric was tragically killed. The video, with audio, show starker discrepancies between what was told to the family and  then what was told to the public.

In Eric's family's pursuit of understanding and answers into what happened to their child, they spent months walking the streets looking for witnesses... they encountered  a person who was on the platform the night Eric was tragically killed, who seen Michael Lucier (Polacsek) chasing Eric and then push Eric to the tracks.

They are also the bystander that EPS acknowledged in their media release that located Eric under the LRT Platform.

Michael Lucier (Polacsek), 35, the man who killed 13 year old Eric Omeasoo has a lengthy record that includes many charges before and after Eric's death...
